Clause 9

Amendment of section 14

Section 14(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting the following paragraph:“(d)the entitlement of a self-employed woman to any payment under section 9, 12A or 22;”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “section 10 or 11” in paragraph (e) and substituting the words “section 10, 11, 12A or 22”.
