Clause 6

Section 74(2) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (k), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraphs:“(ka)providing for the publication of the practice directions issued by the Registrar;

(kb)providing for the publication of the forms to be used for any purpose relating to the registration of a design or any other proceedings or matters before the Registrar; and”.
