Amendment of section 24
Section 24 of the Trustees Act is amended ––
(a)
by deleting the words “in good faith” in the last line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “if they have discharged the statutory duty of care”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “in good faith” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “in discharge of the statutory duty of care”.
