Clause 8

Section 12 of the Trustees Act is amended by deleting subsection (4) and substituting the following subsection:“(4) In subsection (3), “dwelling-house” means a place of residence and includes a building or tenement wholly or principally used, constructed or adapted for human habitation.”.
