Constitution of Commission
(1)
The Commission shall consist of the following members:
(a)
a Chairman; and
(b)
such other members, not being less than 2 or more than 16, as the Minister may from time to time determine.
(2)
The First Schedule shall have effect with respect to the Commission, its members and proceedings.
