Clause 10

Amendment of section 87A

Section 87A of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “to carry on business in” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “in respect of”; and

(b)

by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) The Authority may require an applicant to furnish it with such information or documents as the Authority considers necessary in relation to the application.”.
