Clause 84

Amendment of section 283A

Section 283A of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “offer, or intended offer, or invitation, or intended invitation” in the 3rd and 4th lines of subsection (1) and substituting the words “offer or intended offer”; and

(b)

by deleting paragraph (a) of subsection (3) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)“offer” or “intended offer”, in relation to any rights or interests in an arrangement, includes an offer or intended offer in relation to any such rights or interests that have previously been issued; and”.
