Clause 85

Amendment of section 284A

Section 284A of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “offer to the public of, or an invitation to the public to subscribe for or purchase,” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “offer of”;

(b)

by deleting the words “that offer or invitation or a class of offers or invitations to which that offer or invitation belongs” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “that offer or a class of offers to which that offer belongs”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “or invitation” in the last line.
