Amendment of section 294

Section 294 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) For the avoidance of doubt, a reference in subsection (1) to service of any document relating to the scheme shall include the service of any process in relation to the scheme.”.
