Amendment of section 24

Section 24 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting subsections (1) and (2); and

(b)

by deleting the words “step-son, daughter, step-daughter, brother or sister” in subsection (4)(a) and substituting the words “adopted son, step-son, daughter, adopted daughter, step daughter, brother, step-brother, sister or step-sister”.
