Amendment of section 41

Section 41 of the Copyright Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a sound broadcast or television broadcast or a cable programme” and substituting the words “a communication”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “broadcast” in the section heading and substituting the word “communication”.
