by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a);

by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (b) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(c)on any other medium from which the work or adaptation, or a substantial part of the work or adaptation, can be directly reproduced.”; and

by deleting the words “or on any medium by electronic means” in the section heading and substituting the words “or on any other medium”.
