Amendment of section 36

Section 36 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “class of petroleum” in subsection (1), the words “or any flammable material”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “petroleum” in the section heading, the words “and flammable material”.
