Repeal and re-enactment of section 37
Section 37 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Offences
37. Any person who contravenes section 35, 35A(1) or (2), 35B(1), (2), (3) or (4) or 36(1) shall be guilty of an offence.”.
