Amendment of section 38

Section 38 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “any regulations made under this Act” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “any licence or permit issued under this Part or any regulations made thereunder”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “of petroleum” in paragraphs (b), (c) and (d), the words “or any flammable material”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the words “class of petroleum” in paragraph (e), the words “, any flammable material”.
