Amendment of section 40

Section 40 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “licence” wherever it appears in subsections (1) to (4) and in the section heading, the words “or permit”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “the licensee concerned” in subsections (5) and (6) and substituting in each case the words “the holder of the licence or permit in question”.
