Clause 4

Section 6(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “the duties and responsibilities or exercising all or any of the powers of the Commissioner under this Act or any regulations made thereunder as may be authorised by the Commissioner under section 3(3) or any regulations made under this Act” and substituting the words “his duties and responsibilities or exercising his powers as a registered inspector under this Act or any regulations made thereunder”.
