Amendment of section 6A

Section 6A of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “the Commissioner” in the 2nd line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “the Minister”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “the Commissioner” in subsection (8) and substituting the words “the Minister”.
