Clause 38
Exemption
The Minister may, by regulations, exempt —
(a)
any person or class of persons; or
(b)
any contract, agreement, matter or transaction, or any class thereof,from all or any of the provisions of this Act, subject to such terms or conditions as may be prescribed.
