Amendment of section 43D

Section 43D of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “in any currency other than the Singapore dollar” in subsection (1)(a);

(b)

by deleting the words “in any currency other than the Singapore dollar,” in subsection (1)(c); and

(c)

by deleting the words “and 43P” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “, 43P, 43R and 43S”.
