Amendment of section 51
Section 51 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting subsections (1), (2) and (3) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) The income of a married woman shall for the purposes of this Act be charged in her own name.”; and
(b)
by deleting subsection (6).
