Amendment of section 107

Section 107 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (a) of subsection (2) and substituting the following paragraphs:“(a)the manner and criteria to be adopted by Central Fund Administrators —

(i)

for the approval of institutions of a public character; and

(ii)

for the extension and revocation of the approval granted to institutions of a public character;

(aa)the regulation of any amendment of the constitution or any other governing instrument of any institution of a public character approved under section 37;”.(b)by inserting, immediately after the word “Minister” in the 3rd line of subsection (3), the word “, Comptroller”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the word “Minister” in subsection (3)(c), the word “, Comptroller”.
