Clause 122

The Minister may make regulations on any matter which by this Act is required or permitted to be prescribed for or in relation to staged developments, and may in such regulations modify the application of any of the provisions of this Act in relation to staged developments.

Every regulation made under subsection (1) shall be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
