Clause 137

Repeal of Buildings and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) Act

(1)

The Buildings and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) Act (Cap. 30) is repealed.

(2)

The transitional and savings provisions contained in Part I of the Fourth Schedule to this Act shall have effect.

(3)

Any written law or document referring to the repealed Act shall, as far as may be necessary for preserving its effect, be construed as referring or as including a reference to this Act.
