Clause 138

Consequential amendments to Land Titles (Strata) Act

(1)

The provisions of the Land Titles (Strata) Act (Cap. 158) specified in the first column of the Third Schedule are amended in the manner set out in the second column thereof.

(2)

The transitional and savings provisions contained in Part II of the Fourth Schedule to this Act shall have effect.
