Amendment of section 14
Section 14(7) of the Estate Duty Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)approved under the Home Office Scheme by the Urban Redevelopment Authority or the Housing and Development Board; or”.
