Clause 57

Rules

The Rules Committee constituted under section 80 of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act (Cap. 322) may make rules —

(a)

with respect to proceedings and the practice and procedure of the High Court under this Act;

(b)

with respect to any matter or thing which is by the Fifth Schedule required or permitted to be prescribed by rules;

(c)

without limiting the generality of this section, with respect to High Court fees and costs and with respect to rules as to meetings ordered by the High Court; and (d)generally with respect to the winding up of limited liability partnerships.
