Clause 60

Consequential and related amendments to other written laws

(1)

The provisions of the Acts specified in the first column of the Sixth Schedule are amended in the manner set out in the second column thereof.

(2)

The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, repeal or amend any written law in force at the date of commencement of this Act which appears to him to be unnecessary having regard to the provisions of this Act or to be inconsistent with any provision of this Act.

(3)

An order under subsection (2) —

(a)

may be made at any time within the period of 2 years after the commencement of this section; and

(b)

shall be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
