Amendment of section 2
Section 2 of the Parking Places Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “private parking place” in the definition of “licence”, the words “for the parking or housing of one or more heavy vehicles”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “5 or more” in paragraph (a) of the definition of “private parking place” and substituting the words “one or more”.
