Amendment of section 8

Section 8 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “documents” in subsection (1)(d), the words “in such form (including electronic form)”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “Authority” in subsection (2)(c) and substituting the word “Superintendent”.
