Clause 8

by deleting the words “any land, other than State land” in the 4th line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “any land (other than State land) or in any building on any land”;

by inserting, immediately after the word “land” in subsection (2), the word “, building”;

by deleting the words “land or property” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “land, building or other property”;

by inserting, immediately after the word “land” in subsections (4), (5) and (6) and in the section heading, the words “or building”;

by inserting, immediately after the word “land” in subsection (7), the words “or enter the building”;

by deleting the words “Subject to subsection (10), upon” in subsection (9) and substituting the word “Upon”; and

by deleting subsection (10).
