Amendment of section 44F
Section 44F(2) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “section 40(6)”, the words “in force immediately before the date of commencement of the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) (Amendment) Act 2004”.
