Clause 20
Amendment of section 72
Section 72 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “Section 53”, the words “in force immediately before the date of commencement of the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) (Amendment) Act 2004”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “section 51”, the words “in force immediately before the date of commencement of the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) (Amendment) Act 2004”.
