Clause 3

Section 4(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting the following paragraph:“(c)to operate and conduct (by means of a totalisator or otherwise) such lottery or other betting or gaming activities as may be prescribed, in accordance with any scheme which the Minister may, subject to such conditions as he may impose, authorise;”.
