Clause 39

by deleting the words “10% of the issued share capital” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “10% of the total number of issued shares of the company (excluding treasury shares)”; and

by deleting paragraph (b) of subsection (3) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)in the case of any other meeting, by a majority in number of the members having a right to attend and vote thereat, being a majority which together holds not less than 95% of the total voting rights of all the members having a right to vote at that meeting.”.
