Part I of the Sixth Schedule to the Companies Act is amended by deleting the following: “The nominal share capital of the company$Shares of $each: $ Divided into Shares of $each: $ Shares of $each: $ Amount (if any) of above capital which consists of redeemable preference shares Shares of $each: $”.and substituting the following: “The issued share capital of the company$ Shares of $ Divided into Shares of $ Shares of $ Amount (if any) of above capital which consists of redeemable preference shares Shares of $”.
