Clause 13

by inserting, immediately after subsection (3) of section 65B, the following subsection:“(4) In this section, any reference to the Minister shall include a reference to a Minister of State for the Ministry of National Development.”; and

by inserting, immediately after the words “improvement contribution” in the 2nd line of section 65H(5), the words “(including any interest and penalty thereon)”.
