Repeal and re-enactment of section 15
Section 15 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Appeals
15. Any person who is aggrieved by the revocation of a licence by the Authority may, within 30 days after it is notified of the decision of the Authority, appeal in writing to the Minister whose decision shall be final.”.
