Amendment of section 16
Section 16 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “of all his transactions” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “in the English language of all his or its transactions”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “he” in subsection (1), the words “or it”; and
(c)
by deleting “$10,000” in subsection (3) and substituting “$50,000”.
