Amendment of section 17

Section 17 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “prescribe” in subsection (1) and substituting the word “specify”;

(b)

by deleting “$5,000” in subsection (2) and substituting “$50,000”; and

(c)

by deleting “$1,000” in subsection (2) and substituting “$5,000”.
