Amendment of section 11
Section 11 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(2A) Where a licensee has more than one place of business, the licensee shall pay such additional licence fee as may be prescribed by the Authority for each additional place of business.”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “cancelled or revoked” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “cancelled, revoked or suspended”.
