Amendment of section 18

Section 18 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “corporation or partnership” in subsection (3)(a)(ii) and substituting the word “person”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “section 27” in subsection (8) and substituting the words “section 17B(2) or 31G(2)(a)”.
