Clause 19

by inserting, immediately after the word “corporations” in the long title, the words “, partnerships and limited liability partnerships”;

by deleting the words “corporations or partnerships” in section 6(f) and substituting the words “corporations, partnerships or limited liability partnerships”;

by deleting the words “corporations or multi-discipline partnerships” in section 6(g) and substituting the words “corporations, multi-discipline partnerships or limited liability partnerships”;

by deleting the words “corporations and partnerships” in section 8(c) and substituting the words “licensed corporations, partnerships and limited liability partnerships”;

by deleting the words “corporation or partnership” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “corporation, partnership or limited liability partnership”:Sections 14(b), 26 and 34(b)(i); and

by inserting, immediately after the word “partnership” wherever it appears in section 35, the words “, limited liability partnership”.
