Clause 16

Amendment of section 16

Section 16 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “, after consultation with the Minister charged with the responsibility for trade and industry,” in subsections (1) and (4); and

(b)

by deleting the words “, after consultation with the Minister in charge of trade and industry,” in subsection (3).
