Amendment of section 30

Section 30 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “weighing or measuring equipment” in subsection (1)(a) and substituting the words “weighing or measuring instrument”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “equipment” in subsections (1)(c) and (3) and substituting in each case the word “instrument”.
