Clause 5

Amendment of section 5

Section 5 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, at the end of subsection (2)(a), the word “and”;

(b)

by deleting paragraph (b) of subsection (2); and

(c)

by deleting the words “weighing or measuring equipment” wherever they appear in subsection (3) and substituting in each case the words “weighing or measuring instrument”.
