Clause 52

Protection from personal liability

No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against —

(a)

the Agency;

(b)

any director, officer, employee or agent of the Agency; or

(c)

any person acting under the direction of the Agency,for anything done (including any statement made) or omitted to be done in good faith in —

(i)

the exercise or purported exercise of any power under this Act;

(ii)

the performance or purported performance of any function or duty under this Act; or

(iii)

the execution or purported execution of this Act.
