Amendment of section 2

Section 2 of the Administration of Muslim Law Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended by inserting, immediately after the definition of “Appeal Board”, the following definition:“ “Chief Executive” means the Chief Executive of the Majlis appointed under section 7A, and includes any person acting in that capacity;”.
