Amendment of section 25

Section 25 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “Mufti” in subsection (1), the words “, the Chief Executive”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “President of Singapore” in subsection (2) and substituting the word ”Minister”.
