Clause 2

The long title to the Public Transport Council Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended by deleting the words “to license bus services and approve bus, taxi and rapid transit system fares” and substituting the words “to provide for the licensing of bus services, bus service operators and ticket payment services, to regulate bus, taxi and rapid transit system fares”.
